How to Use and Making Butter: - First of all, we make sure that the yoghurt we use in the churn machine is village yoghurt or the yoghurt you make at home. - For the cream, the consistency of the cream must be at the level of buttermilk. - We keep water at room temperature about one-third the amount of yoghurt we will use later. - We put the yoghurt and water we will use into the machine. - After the churning machine has been working for 20 minutes, butter accumulates on it and we complete the spreading process by removing it with a spoon or a colander. - You can strain the buttermilk remaining in the machine while pouring it into a bucket, and if you want, you can ferment the remaining buttermilk with cheese yeast to make its type of cottage cheese (Curd).
